This moron contacted me after I'd advertised a car for sale on a website. There is a lot more correspondence but I've only included the most important or the funniest ones. It's worth reading!

There is a misunderstanding here from your side.

I need your details in order to register the vehicle, and I need sight of an
identity document and proof of address. I have no other interest in knowing
anything about you, nor is there any need for you to have my passport.
Perhaps you can explain what you mean.

Why am I expected to take a cheque from your 'client'? I think you are
playing a game and I have already told you I don't have time for games. I
am not willing to accept a personal cheque or a draft without clearance,
that is why I asked you to FAX me a copy so I can obtain pre-clearance.

1) Why am I owing you? I have had no money from you. You have sent me a piece of paper which is a promise to pay. The funds have not yet been cleared. Once cleared, I will then consider that I owe you the money. I asked for preclearance via fax to avoid this problem, and you refused to comply. You will now pay for that.

3) When the 'shipper', Mr. Shadrack, comes and produces suitable identity he may take the goods and any cleared balance in your favour. I require his nationality and ID or passport number.

It is very difficult to deal with you as you are evasive and do not answer

I wish you could have a little patience with me, i called my shipper and advised that he comes to pick the car up from your location .But one thing he told me is that they have not yet received the funds from you.This he said to me was the very reson why he said you should send thier funds by WESTERN UNION MONEY TRANSFER,now you see it is taking longer time to arrive in thier account.

Do an Internet search on that address and see who the address belongs to.
Then you will realise how seriously you are in trouble. You might be too
stupid - in which case ask me and I'll tell you.

You have been set up. We work with the fraud authorities in several
countries to help to catch scum like you. From the beginning, every email
you went me and all the details you gave me have been tracked. The digital fingerprints on the emails you sent have been traced back to the orginating computer in each case and the ISP's have provided copies of all emails. In addition, we have obtained a remote scan of the hard drive so all your activities are now in the hands of the investigatory authorities. The bank have provided details of the account holder and activities.

You might be too stupid to understand all this. Let me put it very simply.
