There has been a bit of trouble...Dr. Rection has got himself arrested! His able assistant Dr Buster Hymen writes to Musa and the "lawyer" to tell them the bad news:

It seems there has been a bit of trouble over on this end. There has
been some sort of, shall we say, controversy involving our church and
the FBI. I've attached a news clipping from the local newspaper about
what's going on. This has been going on for a few months now. Anyway,
it pains me to tell you that Dr. Rection has been arrested. I don't
know what the charges are, I guess Dr. Rection can speak for himself
to you, but it seems that the FBI has a real hard-on for him. The
District Attorney prosecuting him is a real hardass prick, too.
Anyway. That is why he hasn't been able to contact you. You dig? I
managed to speak with him personally in his cell and he authorized me
to continue this deal for him.
I've attached my identification as well. Now, what I need from you is
the money transfer information. I don't have copies from Hugh's e
mail. The FBI seized his computer and locked his account for some
reason.
