When an email address or domain or name comes up that is on the watch list published by INTERPOL as being suspicious, my eWANUS 3.0 alerts my security team and they in turn alert me. The barrister's name was on that list, I do not know why, I do not care why.

OK, I have considered the options even further today. I was on the firing range all day with my company advisors, so I was unable to make any kind of progress on this transaction. However, I did have time to think long and hard about it.

I am still reeling from the FBI report, and they called me today asking questions about who I was dealing with. I told them I was only sending money to a friend. I know you have been expecting my email, and I am sorry to be so late. I am also very sorry for the very bad news I bear. was in a very serious accident today while training some men, he has suffered three gun shot wounds and is in the hospital. It was a training acident on the range. I am very , very upset so please forgive my earlier outburst and bear with me because my mind is racing and I am very tired. was awake at the hospital where I have come from, he's in Northwest Veteran's Hospital in DC in the critical care unit. I don't know if he is going to survive, so I ask you please, let me have a couple of days to sort out his business. While he was awake this evening he said he had to finish this business with you but he still won't tell me what it is, but he wants to give me durable power of attourney tomorrow. He said he is afraid he might not live and wants me to be able to finish your business. He also told me that if he doesn't pull through, that I will like what he is doing and will benefit from your business deal. I can't think about that so much right now, I am very distraught, means so much to me and I can hardly bear the thought of losing him. He took me from a life of drug addiction and helped me out so much I can't even begin to think how much I would be hurt if he died.

also asked me to ask you if I could stand in for him on this transaction if he can't do so or doesn't survive. He's still very angry about something, I know he lost $3000 because I was the one who made the first transfer. I also know he owes you another $2000, and he wants me to pay you. But please have a little patience.

So the plan is that I have to go see him tomorrow first thing with his lawyer, and I will be staying at the hospital most of the morning, they won't let me stay with him all the time or all through the night because its a critical care unit. So please, I will email you tomorrow after I know what 's status is and if he is awake and talking. I am so very tired, I had to rush around to the hospital today and give the reporters the story and several interviews, so you can imagine it is a terrible day. I need some sleep if I can get some. I just pray Ez will survive, this is absolutely terribe. I'll check with you tomorrow.

Ezekiel' s benefactors in his will are yet unknown, I have to have his will sent to us from his safe deposit box, but we don't know where he kept it yet. He always said I was his benefactor of all his estate because he and his only kin, his daughter, do not speak.

Ray. please, let me have 1 week. Give me until Monday to get this in order, I beg of you please. Ray, I have some trouble. This is good, Ray, because I suspect she is tryoing to set you up for something bad. Remember, if she contacts you DO NOT REPLY TO HER or youare risking your life, she is that deadly. If the FBI and Interpol don't get to her first, my men will, and she better pray that its the FBI she has to deal with because they will at least show her a fair trial and mercy. My men simply have a bullet for her.

Either way, you will be safer with out of the picture. I just hope she can be located.

I'll get on trying to come up with some cash. Damn Ray, I figured you would be able to help me out being in this bad situation I am in, you are in a powerful postition after all, can't you pullsome strings for me? My Congo on the ground was partly successful at intercepting the mercs and . and two of the mercs with her escaped, she's bound to be highly pissed off now because she knows I am after her. Yes, you may use the swiss account. I am working on terminating the power of attorney, but Dr. Gallienus gave me the account information before he was dispatched, and the accounthas no name attached to it, it is onle a secure number and password account. I will confirm the information if you need, but I am still unable to return to my office at the moment. Until I know what is up to I cannot afford to come out of hiding yet. We have a very difficult situation here, the FBI is all over my company, I must clean up some loose ends before I return.

You said was coming to Nigeria to see you? Friend, you told me you had no contact with her. I told you that she was coming there to attempt to contact you, but if she in fact did have conversation with you I would be grateful if you could tell me where she is and what she was doing. She is probably going to turn up sooner or later, but I need to find her before the FBI or Interpol does, if only to protect my own interests.
