Dave, I am satisfied that this is a good deal. I have simply had some seriously bad dealings in Congo in the past, you people are nuts over there. Diplomatic shipment is good news, but if you prefer I can have one of my teams pick up the box themselves from your location, we have men in Africa and Europe at least once a week. With the labor strike that was recently threatened in Nigeria, one of our teams was sent there to be on call to insure some of our "interests" were not slacking off, they will be returning this weekend to our home offices, but we will have men in Gabon next week, they could come by the security company if they are given two days notice. Where will you be on Monday? When will you be arriving? Would you like me to arrange a tour of my company for you? We have a very exciting SWAT tactical training range near Washington, its in Virginia actually. They will be running several classes of federal trainees through the hot house and range on Monday, it would be very exciting I'm sure. My range officer has even offered to set you up with a rifle of your choice for an hour or two in between classes, we won't be in their way at all.

Incedentally, you will need to meet Josh and Emeka, two of the most outstanding students in my company's training academy. Emeka is from Nigeria originally, perhaps you will be able to tell him how things are back in Africa, he's missing his home country quite a bit. As far as they know, it is only a "diplomatic transfer".

Cough it up mister D., let me know where the delivery company is, I live in Washington D.C. and our address is within the federal zone, unless your delivery guys are accredited with the federal zone authority, they will not be allowed by police to deliver to 900 Jefferson, too many public offices and officials live and work in this building. This is why I told you I would be picking up the trunks from the courier with my team of security people. Please, now that I have the confirmation that the two trunks are in, I will send my team out to pick them up. Give me the location of the holding warehouse. I will assume is is a Dulles International since that is where all the diplomatic couriers come through.

Yes, I got a message on my machine yesterday, I couldn't quite understand it. Like I mentioned, the answering service is the only telephone I am allowed to use for security purposes.

No, no one made a delivery, did you not read my previous email my Congoloid friend? Please, don't make me repeat myself, I am a man of little patience and much temper.

I said I expected to go and pick up the trunks. Your diplomatic courier, DCS, is not a certified company to make deliverys in the federal zone here in Washington D.C. I just called the Federal Zone Authority to check, DCS is not on the list. Where my building is you *must* be accredited by the Federal Zone Authority since the 900 block of Jefferson is so close to the capital and the buildings of government, I have no control over this.

If you would like, I can forward the forms to DCS to fill out and to bcome a FZ accredited diplomatic courier, they only chage a $96 serive fee per year. The office of the FZ is just one street over, and Misty is going that way today anyway. But I think this will take too much time, and I don't want either of us having to pay DCS warehousing fees, so if you would get it together and send me the address of the warehouse that DCS is using to hold the trunks, we can get our cash today., In fact I have a truck at Dulles as we speak, they will be there for another four hours. Since all diplomatic couriers come through Dulles, I'll just call them and have my men look for the DCS holding pads, I'm sure they are on a manifest somewhere and the warehouse foreman will be able to point us in the right direction. They have the forms you sent me, so we should be in great shape.

The address would be very helpful though, please quit jacking around.

I do hope your preparations for coming here are going well, Misty is arranging for you to stay in the Phagot's Suite at Sach's and Sheats, I think you will like it.

Dave,

You said the shipment had arrived, I assumed you meant it cam into the diplomatic shipment pads here in Washington's Dulles airport, that is the destination stated on the documents you sent, WADC means Dulles airport. What the everloving HELL is it doing in Miami??? No wonder my men did not find the DCS shipment in the warehouse manifests. Josh said the Dulles foreman didn't find any listing for a diplomatic courier called "DCS" either, I hope they are reputable, but they sound like a bunch of chimps.

Anyway, I didn't call your delivery compnay for the same reason I gave you for not calling you. I can't risk phone calls, period, I told you this already, clean your ears. My compnay monitores ALL phone calls, business and private, of all its employees. Our security people run our calls through a voice recognition system, a INTERPOL database and several other security filters that I do not understand, they are the geniuses, that is what I pay them for.

So, I do no phone calls, ever, to anyone even my own friends. It is just not worth the 20 question I receive when I do make a phone call that is not official company business. I trust you will understand, bro. I will be happy to deal with the DCS guys by email, I have done all of my private business this way since 1994 and have never had any trouble.

Now, let me make it simple for you my friend: I have a business address at 10900 Jefferson Avenue and a private office at my residence down the street at 900 Jefferson. Both offices can take deliveries, but both are in the U.S. Governmen's Federal Zone, so your delivery company will need to forward me their FZ credentials in order to make a delivery within this region of D.C.

So like I said before, to avoid all this, I will simply have my security couriers meet the DCS crew at Dulles airport and pick up the trunks. It would save DCS the $96 fee to register as a FZ courier, according to the guys at Dulles they aren't registered in D.C. at all. What the hell kind of company did you choose for us, Dave? Hell, son, we are talking $45 mil here, that's not a crate of friggin' bananas.

The dumbass option is to just have DCS register as a FZ courier and deliver the trunks. They have my delivery address. DCS may deliver the trunks to my address at their leisure, the company security officer has the documents DCS will need (don't worry, he doesn't know the contents), so DCS may come any time day or night. They will need to be a FZ certified delivery company though, so if that's the way we are going, they need to send me the $96 and I'll have Misty register them.

Shit, Dave, with the fee they are charging us they can at least do as we ask them to and show some basic customer service.

I'll be out most of the day today Dave, so if you could, please prod the security company on our behalf for me, get them in gear. Sounds to me like they need a swift kick in the tail to get them moving

Let me cut the bullshit, Domenic. I believe you have a shipment for me. My associate tells me it is in Miami, why the hell is this? The bill of lading clearly states you will deliver this to my Washington D.C. address, what's the holdup? Get it here as soon as you can, there should be no delay. I trust your company is authorized to make deliveries in the FZ zone of Washington D.C. where our buildings are located? If not, I'd advise to go ahead and pay the $96 fee to the D.C.Park Police to get the certification, they have been cracking down on unauthorized deliveries lately and stopping almost all trucks. My assistant, Miss , will be happy to handle the transaction for you if you are unfamiliar with the metro DC area, and I am sure you are.

I'm a little distiurbed why the shipment is still hung up in Miami when the bill of lading clearly states it will be shipped to my location here in D.C. I am fairly disappointed with them, actually I'm disgusted with them, the bill of lading CLEARLY said they would deliver it to my address, yet they haven't. What kind of diplomatic courier service doesn't deliver to the address on the bill of lading? I have taken many diplomatic deliveries through the years and ALL of them have come through with no trouble at all. These clowns at DCS still have the boxes in Florida! These apes are not behaving like any diplomatic courier I have ever known, and I deal with them at least once a month. 1. DCS is legally bound to deliver our money to the address listed on the bill of lading, by law they must do so.

2. The bill is marked "PAID", so by law they must fulfill their end of the deal and deliver.

3. If they are a legitimate company, their secure location will not be hidden like some silly spy movie, that is also against the law. If they are licensed to do business in the US as a diplomatic courier, all of their warehouse locations will be public knowledge, highly guarded and bonded by a reputable insurance agency. I know this for a fact, I deal with security, that is my industry Dave.

4. My security team is not just driving around in some cheap U-haul rental trailer, Dave, my security team operates some of the finest armored trucks in the US, and if the government of the US can trust our company to move classified documents and funds, as we do each week, then a couple of boxes of money are like child's play to my security team. These guys are professionals, and we have never had any breech of security since 1986 when our company was started. NONE. Did you get that, Dave? N-O-N-E-!!! We are one of the most secure armed protection services in the world, why would you have any doubts about me having my professionals pick up our money? It is almost like you want me to send my money to the DCS people as if you were one of them. Dave, we are a team, and together they have wronged us both.

Since you and DCS are not forthcoming with their location, my assistant, Ms. , is running a registry check to find where they are located. If they are registered as a diplomatic courier in the US, we will have their address first thing in the morning. Bad news my friend. I sent my administrative assistant to the Western Union this morning, but I instructed her to first run by the State Department office of Business practices because our company does a lot of business with them. This is here, I am personal assistant as you already know. Ez sent me down to Miami on business, specifically to clear up this mess with your courier. I don't know what the hell you two are up to but he's pretty pissed off about this whole deal. I went to find the DCS warehouse here at MIA so we could arrange to pick up the shipment, and I finally found them in the cargo area at MIA with help from some of our friends at the State Department. Unfortunately they don't have record of the shipment. I filled out an inquiry form and they returned it to me saying that the guy who has been calling my boss, this "Domenic Wilson", doesn't work for DCS and they have had no shipments from Congo in the past 4 months. So it looks like you and Ez need to whip some asses because your shipment doesn't exist, according to DCS. I attached the form to this email, I scanned a copy for my boss so he'll have it on file.

Dave, I don't know how much you know about , or what he's told you about his company. works in international security, so this kind of shipment is really common for us, we have contacts and business relationships with almost all the large diplomatic couriers that ship to the US and the UK, and I have never heard of a company asking for money AFTER they have already billed and shipped. I smell a rat here, Dave. Part of my job that hired me for is to look out for him and do his field work, so that's why I am in Miami, and that's why I am making sure you and he both know this shipment doesn't exist, at least not with the DCS. Even the guy who has been calling isn't a DCS employee, and DCS is very concerned about their reputation here. You can call Samuel at DCS if you want to see what's going on there, their number is on the form I scanned. Samuel was pretty pissed off about this, so if you call him beware he thinks you might be a crook, just make it known to him you are the shipper and want to know where your shipment is, they will help you file a fraud claim with your insurer.

Anyway, you and Ez need to get together and find out whats going down, it sounds to me like someone hijacked your shipment Dave, if that's the case, I can refer you to our company's recover division, I don't know if you've seen anything about us since Ez is not much of a sales guy, but visit our website and see if you want to contract us to recover your missing shipment:

I know you have been expecting an email, and I am sorry it is so late. I am also very sorry for the very bad news I bear. was in a very serious accident today while training some men, he has suffered three gun shot wounds and is in the hospital. I am very , very upset so please bear with me because my mind is racing and I am very tired. You also know Dave that I have serious doubts about your shipping company and this deal you are working with , but I will put that aside for a moment because now is not the time for business. is nearly dead. God it pains me to say that, but I am afraid it is true.

was awake up until this evening at the hospital where I have come from, he's in Northwest Veteran's Hospital in DC in the critical care unit adn had emergency surgery earlier. I don't know if he is going to survive, so I ask you please, let me have a couple of days to sort out his business. While he was awake this evening he said he had to finish this business with you but he still won't tell me exactly what it is, but he wants to give me durable power of attourney tomorrow. He said he is afraid he might not live and wants me to be able to finish your business. He also told me that if he doesn't pull through, that I will like what he is doing and will benefit from your business deal. I can't think about that so much right now, I am very distraught, means so much to me and I can hardly bear the thought of losing him. Dave, this man took me from a life of drug addiction and depression and helped me out so very much I can't even begin to think how much I would be hurt if he died. I can't stop crying thinking about it.

So the plan is that I have to go see him tomorrow first thing with his lawyer, and I will be staying at the hospital most of the morning, they won't let me stay with him all the time or all through the night because its a critical care unit. So please, I will email you tomorrow after I know what 's status is and if he is awake and talking. I am so very tired, I had to rush around to the hospital today and give the reporters the story and several interviews, so you can imagine it is a terrible day. I need some sleep if I can get some. I appreciate the kind words you have for , I was with him much of the day and will be going back tonight. He has slipped into fits of unconsciousness and it doesn't look too good for him. He sustained a traumatic rupturing of the left side of his skull, the surgeons have relieved the pressure on his brain, but it was damaged a bit, he seemed to be in good spirits when he was awake and simply kept telling us all not to worry about him, he is a really strong man. He doesn't even seem to notice the other two wounds, he was shot once in the arm and once in the shoulder with a 10mm SMG round, but they are minor wounds.

Now, I am writing to inform you that I am now the legal executor of Col. 's affairs. Before he went unconscious he was able to sign the Power of Attorney document that our company lawyer prepared, and I was able to spend some time discussing your business with him, as much as he could communicate with me being in very much pain. So, wants me to carry on with you if you are willing, he said you were very angry and upset with him even though he thinks you are getting screwed by the people. 6.) You plan to come over to the US for some reason after this deal is done. I have been going to in Kinshasa everyday and they told me that under no circumstances would their delivery crew reveal the status of the boxes to anybody until it gets to the destination and until they have the identification of the beneficiary, they have the id of Mr. which for my thinking and understanding makes it absolutely impossible for you to receive the shipment on Mr. 's behalf. I have already filed a demand for repartriation of the boxes, does not know what is inside the boxes, what we registered at was film and film materials and some Africa artfacts. So I will not agree that they want skip with the boxes. They have assured me that their delivery crew have left Miami to make other deliveries to other parts of America, and they will return back to Miami Florida by friday and if I come to their Office on monday I will definitely have my boxes back. So that is the situation in a nutshell. I am afraid I have even more bad news. This evening passed away, he is dead and no longer with us. I am so upset and distraught about it that I am almost completely broken down. As for ID, I left my passport and drivers lcense at 's house this morning after going there to get some records, so all I have on me is my company ID badge. WIll this do or do you need more? I have a passport, both a U.S. passport and a Prometha passport that we use for travel in areas where the US is not allowed but I would prefer not to scan my passport.

You mentioned an "application for change of route of delivery", really this is not necessary uness you just want to do more trouble than its worth, since I can accet delivery at 's residence, at our company offices or my own home address.
