Our lad, Mr Hartono, has been persistently chasing Mr Leonard up about his unclaimed fund of $9,200,000.
What I find hilarious about this lad is how he hardly types a word off script (well to be fair Mr Leonard doesn't type a single word off script) but on the phone he is constantly shouting, screaming and just generally providing terrible customer service! Laughing

I've had another lad make about 10 calls over the past week (all around 1-2 mins long) and I was sure he was going to twig that it was the same every time. Instead he's taken to saying loudly at the beginning of each call:
