Captain Mal has been beset by a wave of orphans from different countries. Among them is Ali Hamza (or Hamza Ali, it's not clear) from Libya. Mal has misgivings about Ali's stash of cashy money...

But Ali breezes past with a comment about unlicensed oil deals. So then there's the question of Ali's age, the fate of this family, and how he got to Ghana, and the answer is:

And the Red Cross very kindly flew the box of money over as well. Says Ali:

Oh dear oh dear! Well, Mal was suitably touched.

Ali's answer was quite what I'd expected, but it was a bad answer in any event:
