 Getting flagged as a scammer when mass replying

I recently installed "Batch Reply" on Google Chrome, which allows you to reply to all selected emails with the same response without CC or BCC. I was just wondering, would this get my account flagged as a scammer since I'm mass replying? I'm just doing it for efficiency.

In my day job I've used batch reply in gmail regularly for about 50 at a time with no problems.
It's possible there could be a problem if the numbers are much larger (e.g. possible spamming) but I suspect that if the emails have already been received to that account, this is less of a concern.

However, be careful that your "batch replies" are actually sent to scammers.
