You are correct about the flight from Amsterdam to Newquay that is £254 one way. Then he had the taxi fare.

Of course flying to Stansted was £77 for the round trip then he paid out
£400 for the taxi, don't know if that is one way?

Then flying into Stansted again £77, then by train, via London £100, nearly right its really £102 or £140 pounds that is one way, he did have the benefit of an hourly service.

Return lights from Stansted on the £77 fare is at 16.50 and 19.10, I wonder if he missed his return flight?
