"A10 pack of 60" is reflection grates. Size A10 transmission grates come in packs of 25. That's what you ordered.

The spacing is in nanometers. If you don't know what spacing you want, describe your setup, including what you're shining on it, and the indeсent and difflеcted angles. As you ordered four sizes, I'm guessing you may want four different spacings, for different parts of your device.
