My guess is that it is not. PCB means printed circuit board; there are lots of PCB houses in China. Gerber files are used for making PCBs. The domain is a three-year domain.
I am not an expert on Chinese scams. If one says it is a scam, I defer to him. |

It's hard to tell as I can't see what email address they want you to reply to, but it's most likely just spam. I get a fair amount of spam from Chinese spammers, who appear to collect their email addresses from the same sources that scammers do. |

The company is real and a lot of mainland China companies send spam. Somebody should tell them this is not a good way to get new customers... |

This is spam - get a lot like this in my business mail "[email protected]" If any one could let our Chinese "friends" know that spamming is not the way to get new clients I would be a very happy man  |

You'd be surprised at how quickly spam email lists get passed around. Lately, one of my baiter accounts has been getting a lot of spam from IT development contractors/outsourcers (what we used to call "body shops") and web developers.
On a different note, I totally think we need to add "A good news will share with you" to the Eater lexicon... |
