I'm sorry about your Puppy KOD. I received this when my little Buddy had to be put down. Maybe it will help you too:

Oddly, one of my Dogs has come down sick as of last night. I plan to take a half-day from work to take him in to get checked out. I'm hoping it's not Kennel Cough.

Deepest, deepest sympathies.

Losing my dogs a few years ago was as hard as losing any human relative.

It does get easier though. Time does dull the pain and hopefully, you'll then be left with many, many happy memories.

Oh, damn. That sucks...

I'm not a pet owner myself so I never really understood the emotions that went with losing a pet. However, over the holidays, two very good friends of mine lost one of their puppies and, not only did I see how it affected them, but (as the dogs' "uncle") it hit me a lot harder than I thought it would.

We're all with you, KoD!
