The bait is still ongoing and the below exchanges have wasted 5 days so far.

Kindly find attached the bio data you are going to fax to my department at the bank,
include your contact details in the fax so my department
knows how to contact
you by phone, email and fax.
Let me know when the fax is been sent

that is responsible for Claims so I can send it to them.

I am in receipt of your mail on the issue of the not having fax number and requesting for email address of the department.
Yes, you said it on your previous mail to me but I will need you look for how to send a fax because that will be the best way to make a claim by fax not an email,
they can communicate with e-mail but first you have to contact them through fax and also as soon as you send the fax,they will reply back immediately.
I will be waiting for the confirmation of the fax.

I would probably have to go to a junk shop or Museum to source one nowadays -which I do not have the time or inclination to do as I am a busy man.
