SBAH, for whatever reason I stopped received notifications from this thread -- please forgive me!!!
You and your baby have been on my heart and in my prayers daily, and I'm so happy that his condition is on the mend!
Although all the food ideas presented here sound amazing, the poor kid will probably have to settle for some crackers and Gatorade Thursday  |

Thank you KoD! He's doing well and can't wait to eat solid foods. They think on Thursday! And you're right, it's only going to be a "soft" diet. He's walking around the hospital like he owns the place. I am going to go see him in a couple of days. I am hoping he'll come and spend Christmas vacation with me. Hopefully he'll be up to sledding! |

He's doing really well. His bowels have "woken up" and he gets his NG tube out today. He'll start on (soft) solid foods. If he can handle those, he'll get to go home.  |
