I have started a little twist and already converted 3 lads to "work" for me.

I call them up, then play stupid about "you sent me an email, blah blah"
then I go "look, I know what you are doing here, you know what you are doing.. listen I have people in WU.. I need men to help.. I figure you would be good.."

Cover is an American working in Eastern Europe Branch office.

Of course I end "You don't want to know the people I know" - being the country I pretend to be from.. it is believable.
