So I have not baited for over a year or so until the past few weeks, I set up my email accounts signed some guestbooks and waited, and waited, and waited.

I already run my IP through a proxy so I don't see people having and avoiding my IP address. I have noticed reading up on the mail filters that it seems like its much difficult for scammers to not get their accounts deleted pretty quick, and even right as I get a lad of script their account gets deleted, and rarely do they contact me via another account.

I've been away for a while so I'm hoping you guy may have some new strategies for baiting.

Also has anyone noticed a higher rate of begging lads? In a few of my guestbook signings I gave some details about money or being lonely, and Ive gotten a few beggars (IPs in Thailand, Nigeria) who are outright off script and trying to just build up some sort of relationship with me. These are pretty much the only emails Ive been getting.

Have you tried Surplus or Scamwarners?

I mailed 60 or 70 that were in my catcher accounts last Sunday and about 45 of them have replied.

Surplus letters is a great way to pick up lads. Another thing I did when my lads dried up is I send out a mass mail to a bunch of known, recent lad emails (bcc'd) with the simple phrase, "I have send the money. What now?" And man did I get responses. haha Rev Moe Lester can help you with this modality. He has a repository of recent email accounts. You can also cull them from the surplus letters section or simply respond to them one by one using the same modality.

The last few surplus were dead accounts, and they had been posted a day prior. Ive got a few on the line now though.

Are you sending to the From address or the Reply-To address? Sometimes they put a different address in the body. If the From is different from the Reply-To, the From is probably an address that the lad expects to be shut down fast for spamming.

Is the Lad Shuttle still operating? You might get signed up there. Otherwise, I still get about 70% replies from the Refugees.

Shuttle is off the road at the moment,last I heard they were waiting the arrival of a reconditioned gangle pin to repair the flux impeller.

Maybe you want to have a go at my easy lad? he has another email account now as well, PM if interested. He is very eager and fast to reply and keeps forgetting all the previous conversation, while giving away piggys
