He's already around to wanting to call in his payment details (although he went through a couple of characters getting there).
I'm going to be out for a couple of days in RL so had to ask him to try me on Monday.

Just got a horrendously expensive quote from the sheeper-6 times the order! So I thought I'd give the lad some advice:

Honestly, I don't know if you want to go with this shipper-you're
being charged for loading: our people do that as a courtesy. And I've
never heard of transport fees being charged at the same time as a
door-to-door: they're about the same thing. Do you want me to get a
quote from Big Shipping Company?

As I told you, payment arrangements must be in writing-please send
your information via email. Again I have no problem giving you the
accounting department number, but Ginger will tell you the same
thing-we've had too many misunderstandings with verbal orders

Lad doesn't listen-he keeps asking for my number even though my K7 is in the signature block and I keep telling him orders must be in writing.
