Has anyone seen any Bitcoin scams yet?
I see on the Bitcoin exchanges that a lot of people are getting scammed in their transactions.

^^^That's not a scam, it is a bad investment decision. Had you bought and sold at the right time, your $20 could now be $40 or more.

It can happen with any investment.

Scammers are everywhere. So when you’re dealing with bitcoin, you have to choose a trusted dealer. If you’ve been scammed with bitcoin, it doesn’t mean bitcoin itself is already a scam. If it’s a scam, then Overstock.com, Zynga and other merchants that accept bitcoin are all scam? No, and these merchants will not adopt bitcoin into their system if it is.
