first of all, thanks to all for the warm welcome and advice you've given me, and big thanks to tururut for stepping in to mentor me

The original contractor has been paid off and this over invoice amount is inflated by me since it originated from my office and it does not belong no one else accept me.

I think we can help one another, as your proposal has arrived at a difficult time for me, and could help solve my troubles
As you probably know from your chamber of commerce, I've worked as an engineer in the oil industry for 15 years

Looks like a good start. You don't need to Leet so much. You can get by with just using "Bob" & "Lad" and saving yourself some time.
