I think it's a nice setup but perhaps you have gone a bit overboard on the silly gibberish on the front page. Maybe be more clear about motivating why language samples are needed & why you are paying so much (for example, development of automatic speech recognition which so far only used data from USA and UK thus hardly works at all for a lot of English speakers).

A couple of questions:
1. What is in the downloadable file linked on the "get money quick" page? I didn't follow the link because I am concerned about downloading nasties.

2. how can you be sure it only attracts scammers? If a scammer gets your email about it but forwards it along to friends and family, then one of them forwards it ... you may end up accidentally attracting innocents to the site rather than your intended scammer targets.

3. why target Africa at all? You could instead make it look worldwide but with different rates of pay for different areas, very high payment for "underrepresented" areas such as west African english speaking countries....
