Hi all,
Saw a programme on tv a couple of nights ago, didn't realize that scammer baiting was such a big thing.
Want to get involved and wind em up and watch em go.
Any advice most welcome.

The good thing is fisher_pete, there isn't just one way to bait.
I favour crackpot baiting which gives me a high failure rate, but I live for the scammer stupid enough to climb aboard my wacky train. 
When you start out you probably want instant success and a mentor can guide you on to tried and trusted methods, but that isn't the end of the line. An active imagination, a wild sense of humour and an ability to weave tales will take you far.
Getting a bait on TV is epic itself, but what you saw is only a taster of what can be achieved. It's mental arm wrestling, and occupying a scammer's time means one less scammer victimising the general public.
They're lying, thieving cheats and I bring a little fun into their lives, but they don't realise until it's over, if it ever ends. |

To elaborate a bit. We frown on "burning" a lad when a bait is done. Burning would be gloating at the lad at the end of a bait, it's a form of educating the lad and we hate to do that. Let them go the rest of their life thinking of what might have been. This very day there is a lad named Uncle Michael running around with a tattoo that says "4:19 Eater" on his arm and hopefully he'll never know why. |
