I received your mail dated 20 June 2011, but I decided to collect the information you need before replying. Well, I actually did NOT write to you in June 2011, but just 2 weeks ago!
I worked with Mr. Dennis for about eleven
years; hence, we know each other very well including his family.

I purposely came to Guinea from South Africa as Operations Manager for Geb & Nut
Mining Company located in the rich diamond area of Banankoro, Later, I was hired
by another gold mining company (HKD International Trade & Mining Sarl) based in
Siguiri as Mining Manager. So far, I have supervised the setup (washing plants,
camp and query) for five gold and diamond companies in Guinea.
Regarding your inquiries, I have contacted reliable personnel to clarify certain points. In general, I can summarize it all as; Gold and diamond
purchase and exportation is authorized but must be legally done,
hence, transaction must take place in the Central Bank.The Central
Bank, however, does not sell gold and it does not keep money for
people waiting to buy gold And the role of Central Bank isto; Receive
the mineral (gold, diamond, etc…) from the seller by the request of
the buyer and do all necessary examination (Testing, Grading and
weight) of the quality and quantity,Receive the seller and the buyer
to give details of the mineral,Attest to the purchase of the
mineral,Collect the government’s tax required for the transaction,
Store the mineral until the desired travel date of the buyer, Issue
legal documents to facilitate the exportation of the mineral,
The Central Bank’s security personnel accompaniesthe mineral to the airport
and hand it over to the owner, For this activity, you must have a
registered company for mining and commercialization of minerals,
Which as i know is not difficulty in Guinee. it
will cost less money and less time.The company must have an account
in a recognized Guinean Bank through which all the transactions will
be secured,
This registered company will allow you to apply for importation and
exportation licences which will secure your business for mining,
buying and exporting of minerals, Respecting the above information,
will facilitate your business and guarantee
you a smooth operation. For the concession, the registered company
will enable you to negotiate for a mining permit or you can work in
partnership with permit holders. For this, I know permit owners looking for partnership.For the equipments, I know
all the necessary equipments in both gold and diamond mining, so we
will look at it properly when you are here. I will be giong to the
interial of the country(Diamond area) by next week, so i

Good evening Mr. Diallo,

many many thanks for all your detailed explanations. I assume from the fact that your gold is eatable without any health danger and herewith orders 24 kg of gold in ingot and 230 kg of gold dust. I will rasp the gold bars, this looks surely absolutely great on chocolate ice cream with Himbeersauce! Moreover, I still urgently need 125 kg of uranium and 2 kg of plutonium.
This will certainly be no problem, or? The whole mess with banks and approvals demands too much of me completely; I stand the whole day in the kitchen and have no time for such nonsense. I must look still after the greenhouses.
How exactly does it go on now?
