I guess some of the lads are sharing a new script section that I'm sure they think will make everything better. I got this on the first spam from two different lads:

THIS MAIL IS NOT A SPAM OR SCAM MESSAGE, WE CAN DELIVER YOUR FUNDS
TOMORROW IF WE RECEIVED REPLY FROM YOU, I HAVE INCLUDED MY NAME AND MY
SSN FOR YOU TO KNOW I AM FOR REAL AND NOT A SCAM IF YOU NEED TO VERIFY
ME, SO STOP DEALING WITH ANY BODY IF YOU HAVE SOME IMPOSTERS YOU ARE
DEALING WITH AND FOCUS ON GETTING YOUR FUNDS HERE IN THE STATES, YOU
HAVE BEEN WARNED NOT TO DISCLOSE THIS DEAL TO NO ONE OR ELSE
TERMINATION FROM THE HOUSE OF SENATE WILL PENETRATE ON YOUR FUNDS DUE
TO THE FACT THAT YOU WERE TRYING TO CONTACT ANOTHER PERSON TO FIND OUT
WHAT THIS IS, SO NO MISTAKE OF SUCH WILL BE TOLERATED.

I feel so much safer.

Wow, I have got 3 of them sitting in my inbox right now. You should use my form of reply.

They are usually confused and write back jibberish you can't read. One read like this today:

Hmm... Someone that send that should stop scamming NoW! It's sad but people will still fall for that jibberish.

SSN ?? Really ?? I have never seen that one before. It does raise a question.....how would the person receiving the email know if it was a valid SSN or not (unless they respond with something like.."I tried to make a purchase last weekend using your SSN and name and they said they did not match."....

I think it's funny they seem to think the more they go on about how it's not a scam like everyone else is doing and they are genuine, ESPESHALY IN ALL CAPS WITH NO GRAMMER AND POOR SPELING, the more believable they think they sound.

Sometimes it almost looks like they're trying to convince themselves.

The mind boggles as to how some people still fall for this...

It can often be a sign of a non-English speaking lad. The all-caps can be because some foreign language keyboards (Arabic, for instance) use the caps-lock key to toggle to English.
