If I have read this correctly - and I have checked - it appears that Skype has cut its call rates (at least from UK) to Nigeria by approx 80% http://www.skype.com/en/rates/
Others might like to check this out from their end...
Edit: I just called Nigeria and yes, it was just 2.6p per min!  |

Edit: Skype is telling me that the cost is 0,96 Sek/minute but when i call they charge over 2 Sek/minute.

No, as the lad is most likely not calling from Skype. He is calling from his cellphone and as such he is paying whatever his provider is charging him. And what this is i can only speculate.
He could in theory be calling from Skype but i doubt that many lads use Skype as a way of calling. They only use it as a way to communicate using web cam. |
