This is still on going, but is funny enough that I wanted to post it. Imagine the usual romance- gorgeous blonde Alana from Lugansk writes to 60ish Chus, a stuffy business man: love ensues. However, potential disaster! Alana's access to the internet is cut off by her mean boss Mischa! How can the vlad maintain contact?

I understand why you'd rather avoid the cafes. I understand they aren't exactly comfortable places and the financial services like Western Union have actually reported that women have been assaulted while retrieving money at the ages.

I am confused though. You told me you'd been using your work' Internet. So how would you pay it directly rather than through your boss's account? I think this might be a translation problem because the service in his his name.

Part II and in the interest of full disclosure. Tovarich Ginger is co baiting and Big Al on the phone!

I was equally in shock! After reading your letters closely, as you suggested, I see that the language is different. And you never called me a bear.

I had sent the transfer to the bank in Kiev. But I cancelled it this morning. Fortunately, the transfer had not been completed and the refund showed in my account within an hour. I will send an EFT request to the account YOU gave me with Natalia's name and hopefully it will be there within 3 to 5 business days.

I do not know who would do this or why.If it isn't your boss, then perhaps someone at the cafe was able to obtain your password. In any case, I will not respond any further to this other person.

I would love to hear your voice-only it is the middle of the night where you are. Perhaps we can set up a time? If you need to call me, my home phone is xxxxxxxxx, country code+1.

I do miss you when I don't see your letters. With any luck we will be able to remedy that soon.

Maybe Alana can't get the doubles for Internet. Service, but she writes to Chus directly after the above-money isn't in the account, did it go to Kiev? Funny, when Chus called the bank today, he is told the transfer was. Rerouted at the receiving end....guess where?

Nice work Capone! Possibly a first in the Vlad Love Leagues. Wonder if your fake chopper could convince your vlad to team up. That would be an amazing victory. I know some baiters have had success with lads in that respect and have subsequently emailed the scammer with a list of victims who are of course all baiters. If that is something you want to think about further down the line I know plenty of us would be happy to participate.

They can't just use their bookkeeper-all Internet companies accept electronic bill. pay. The other possibility: do you know and trust a US citizen? The US Embassy and consulates allow wire transfers direct to citizens. I'd certainly pay extra for the person's trouble.

I think it is a reasonable possiblity that we haven't heard the last of the G0merovs, Piotr and Dmitri.

It shows the money left my band and went through Deutchebank in New York (see the banking info you gave me) It then went to the bank where Nataliya"s account is and was re-directed to either Kiev or Moscow. Someone changed the routing instructions to the Ukraine account which could only be done where you are with that information. That is why I felt some one hacked you account and am glad you changed it. That is also why I wanted to let the internet company know their security was compromised.

I really don"t care if my bank can get the transfer back, although I want to know where it went. I do care about getting funds to you, if you want to continue this relationship. You have become so special and important to me. That is why I asked if you know a US citizen_I can transfer funds through the US Embassy and he or she can pick them up. I'd be willing to add $100 extra for their trouble.

If Money Gram is our only option, how does it work?

Uped the ante a bit. That should dry his tears. Maybe another 3 am phone call will make him feel better? Nah.
