Aloha Kelvin! It has been a very long time dear. I am sorry to read that you passed through some period of pains. You still haven't told me how it happened or why they put you in the hospital honey. That does not sound like a normal thing to do for a dislocation.

Aloha Kelvin, my day was not too bad. I went to the dojo a bit before 7 last night and got in about 10 or 11. I didn't bother checking my mail when I came in. I just went to take a shower to get the sweat off. I am about to shower again this too. Sometimes the nights can be a little warm so I like to start the day with a shower to wake up and to smell pretty.
