Got a list lad in my catcher account, ie we need this can you supply it oh here's some fees etc etc, but the list is great, so rather odd items on it, i think he's planning a BIG party happy crowd

I've had a lad just like this. I actually am still talking to him.

If his ploy is anything like the one I'm working he intends to secure a supply contract with you through some governmental or other agency in the region.

Then you will have to pay to register your company with the agency.

Typical AFF.

The one I've dealt with used the "ECOWAS Procurement Board" and even had a someone believable website with email addresses setup. He is still talking to me as their agent although I've gone and killed the site and emails.
