Anyway, I got frustrated that even in my own country's advertising website I saw an ad translated into broken Lithuanian with an offer of a loan.

So, without any further due, the short, straight conversation:

2. I called the bank today and requested the bill, which will state my income and expenses for the last 3 months. They said I have to wait for up to 1 week and I will receive it by mail.

So I thought maybe I could pay the transfer fee now and after a week, send the full official bill along with my passport?

Can you provide your banking account, I can make the deposit immediately.

Don't give him your real phone number! Get a disposable number with one of the internet based telephone services and use it!
