latest is that i have contacted moneygram and
asked them of the
process one will have to follow in order to
withdraw funds they have
received from someone. What they have told
me is that the process is
fairly simple. All you have to do is present your
identity card and
the details of the transaction. The copy of the
receipt will already
be stored on their system hence there will be
no need for you to
provide a copy of the receipt. I have given you
the details of the
transaction, just go there with your identity
card and those details
in hand. Don't worry about the copy of the
receipt as it's already in
their system and they will be able to establish
that you are the right
person to give the funds to.

I just came back from moneygram to enquire
what the problem was with
regards to DHL not being able to withdraw
the funds and they've told
me that the mistake was on their part. They've
mistakenly sent the
funds to ''Lebanon'' instead of ''Repulic of
Benin'' but they have
since apologised and rervesed the transaction
so that they could send
it to the right receipient who should be in
Benin. As i type this
message the funds are already in Benin.
They've told me the receipient
should go to moneygram with the same
transaction details and id card.
they've also reiterrated that no copy of receipt
will be required
since it will be on their system. Please inform
DHL representative to
go back to moneygram as soon as possible
with id card and the same
transaction details as i have sent them before.
