I particularly like the religious recital of "we've got you by the balls" every time he presses the bell!

Yes those are the boys from BASTA a few guys who invest lots of things
Also Internet and phone scams. It was a hit on VTM (the belgian network)
They did lots more and not only scams.

This one was about a scammer who sell Gold This operation was so tricky that they hired security in case it went wrong.
they made a plot, there had to be amputated person in it, religion had to come in. A pony had to get involved and more weird things to the scammer into believing that they are for 2 million Euro in gold would buy from him
