Basel is actually where the chapel lad told me to go, not the other way around. But this suited me good for one reason. One clue might be that the word me in the op was emphasized by using italic font. This clue is rather far fetched but I will be giving a better one this afternon. |

The airport is rather unique in being split in two, one half Swiss and the other French.
"Meet me at midnight at McDonalds at Basel-Mulhouse-Freiburg airport"
could yeald a nice lad-frustration phonecall, with both him and your baiting character being "there" but "not", as it were.

That is exactly right. But there is more. While the airport is indeed split in to two it is actually situated entirely on French soil. When the airport was built in the 40's the French gave the land for the construction while the Swiss paid for the whole shebang. This text is from Wikipedia.

And what does this mean for me? Well i am a safari baiter and i cannot help but to think how i will get my lads on the run chasing fame and fortune, they will only get one.

And the airport is rather close to the city center, only 6 kilometers. BUT, as mentioned in the text the airport is situated in France. So if i can prove that he went to the airport to meet my character then i will actually earn myself a pith under the Eater criteria of crossing an international border. Most likely the shortest safari ever made by a lad, only 5-10 kilometers single way depending on where in Basel he lives.
Now to the real question, is that a pith worth claiming or would it be just to pathetic? |

I always need another pith. However it isn't the same if the lad doesn't suffer accordingly. An Accra-Lome safari which is the closest you can find in Africa at least take a few hours. |

I would consider it a technical pith, and an interesting example of how to get one within the rules. it is a safari, just without the hash conditions and Malaria. If you can convince him to buy a meal on the Swiss side it becomes a full safari as his bank account withers. |
