Im looking to create a few forms for various baits.

Anyone recommend some good software (open source) or someone willing to create one that may have some more profession software?

I have a massive evil modality to create.

I use the form generator at our friend's site. I have looked for both open source and online generators, and have found nothing that compares for adequate customizability combined with ease-of-use, and, most importantly, being able to create forms in far less time than it will take the lads to fill them out.

Lester, the form generator I referred to above provides a half-dozen or so templates with which you can plug in the question texts, as well as a header graphic and title.

I'm still not clear on the protocol for how to share that here, so hopefully a mod or other higher being will magically appear to send you in the right direction.

General office software, like MS Word but free: openOffice.org
Desktop publishing: Scribus (install Ghostscript first)
Edit photos using GIMP
Technical drawing and large layouts: QCAD community edition

With these you can make absolutely anything you need.

@Lester I have made many forms for baiters, primarily specialized forms with some crazy questions. PM me if you like and I will be glad to share sets of crazy and unique questions which found their way to my forms.

When I am finished with the forms, I convert them to either jpegs or pdfs so the lad must print them out to complete and not fill in on the computer. I also insist that they use red, green, or blue ink to complete in their "printed handwriting" and I also like to put the forms on color paper (pink, blue, yellow, light green) so if their internet charges more for color, then so be it. I cite using the ink color for the microfiche processing used! Wink

^^^^^Morgain's forms are nice. I have used several as templates. My current lad has filled the RFF five times now and he is very unhappy about how much the it costs to print the 6 color pages each time and then to scan them. Poor laddy. I did tell him to deduct those charges from the amount he will pay me. Wink
