I've been lurking for a while and am not sure whether I'd be any good at baiting, but I am enjoying reading and am learning a lot! I'm a SAHM of toddler twins, so my time is pretty limited but I have a particular hatred for scammers who prey upon older people. My MIL doesn't have a computer and we are afraid to get her one because she still falls for the snail-mail scams! We have to watch her for those. I'd love to play some part in wasting a lad's time so that he doesn't have as much time to dupe someone else.
I'm not sure I'm ready for a mentor. I still have lots of reading to do. I've been going through every sticky thread in every forum, one by one.

Welcome to eater, Looky! You can devote as much (or as little) time to baiting as you choose but be careful - it can be addicting! A mentor is just another resource you can turn to for help when you request it. There is no defined curriculum. Heck, by the time you get done reading all those stickies, you will be able to teach the rest of us a few things.  |

Thanks for the welcomes. I just realized that I inadvertently posted this in the general forum instead of in the intro thread. Oops.  Noob mistake #1 LOL.
I will inquire about getting a mentor.
And I really do read all of the stickies. I do that in every new forum I join. I also read the acknowledgements, forwards and table of contents in books. I'm really odd like that.
