I just got this from one of my pets. Has anyone heard about this or is it just BS from my kid?

This could prove to be a big problem for the lads. Everyone knows, that when a president dies, all companies dealing with money transfers must go through a mourning period of no less than 8 weeks, in which no amount can be sent or received. This goes for WU and MG as well, who are they to ignore domestic tradition?
