I recieved this email today, it smells so strongly but I don't know how to kill sites.

Ok, some more info.
The "scam" takes the form of accepting SMS messages for which you are charged a premium rate (AUD$6.50).
Unless you opt out you end up with a monstrous bill at end of month.
