I'm in a bait (40/60% USD $24,500,000.00) it took me quite a lot of effort to get this far,
this is not good, that's missing, you're not the one I thought you were (Played Dumb&Dumber with funny Paperwork and miscommunications).

And now I got an Responce send (in the name of) Rita Blair (from two different E-addresses).
She must be the wife of Tony Blair (former Prime Minister of the UK) what an Honor this is.

But isn't it too expensive to open an account here.

Good first move for a zero-effort approach - make him explain why you need that particular bank, and if possible make him generate another set of forms. It looks like he spent some time on those, so he will do it again.

Not trusting institutions is a good way to make your lad work for you, sack lawyers and make him invent new ones, rinse and repeat.

that was my intension to, complain at my scammer
I delay a few days and tell him that this bank is too expensive and i'm not paying this amount for opening an account.

I would make a small question as to why you need to give money to the bank to open an account.

(Maybe you looked at the bank's website and see that no fees are involved in opening an account at Noble Bank)

Or ask if these are the only type accounts available.

Just some ideas --(given with only one cuppa coffee this a.m.)

Your approach may be somewhat unorthodox but then again is there an actual orthodox approach that one must follow?(Was that even a sentence???). Each of us use different strategies to achieve his or her goals and I don't see anything in your post that leads me to think that you are off track. It's actually rather refreshing and just might lead to an excellent Bait.

Personally I used to plan out my Baits in great detail but found that I was putting way too much work into it, therefore I simply react (or act) upon what has been delivered. Either way, this is rather entertaining and a good lesson in Baiting. Remember that it doesn't really matter what others think of your strategy but what you achieve for yourself in the end!

Just my two cents! Keep up the good work!

I also try the forum to learn that the game can be played on a high-level
By another approach I could be wrong but, it's the only chance that I loss or Win. so it can be an experience to "what is" and "what not to do" get a Lad in you're game to attract.

you could also tell him, that you called the bank to open an account. they sent you the forms and after sending them back to them you got this account.

with the bank account, he has to proceed with the next step, even without those 500$ he hoped for.

You see so far in this bait my approach works

Read al tips and trucs but don't copy it. Use you're own words in you're mail
The Goal is to keep the Lad busy and learn from it.
And Lads are not Holy so try to annoy them with you're Tips and Trucs.
