^^The email came from Sudan. The conference is supposedly in New York and Spain. Also the pattern of exclamation marks in the subject looks exactly like some lottery scams.

I googled the conference earlier, but didn't realize that the spell checker "corrected" the conference.

I am in academia, and receive a lot of conference invites. I don't look at them too closely anymore.

This one has been up before so it's ok. be very careful with these 'conference' emails. I work in a university and get similar all the time. I recently had one for a conference in indonesia (hosted by the indonesian Embassy in Aust)that my professor wanted to attend. The email itself along with the gmail email address was suss to me but when I looked into it the embassy uses gmail and it was legit.
