Not too much of course.
I finally got a picture of my new fiancee. She was hesitant at first but I got her to send me one (translation: it took them some time to Google for an image that matched the description they send me)
Funny thing is: the picture is of a pretty girl. That weird thing is: that picture is taken at a location about 10 minutes from my house... I know that she isn't the one I am talking too. She claims to be in Senegal (while the IP stuff tracks back to Nigeria) but still: to get a picture taken at a spot I can almost see from my living room is something else...
I'll have them for scaring me!! |

Use that knowledge! Are you in the same town your character is in? Over 500,000 people in that town? Small chance they find you or your character. Now tell them about the coincidence, you used to live there, but it has all changed so it is an old picture, does she have newer one? Just put some pressure on them to find the same girl in a different part of town. Don't push too hard or they might tweak.
That little bit of excitement is just enough to go the extra mile for this lad (in my case it is) But you'll get numb for that soon and then you're just hunting rats again
