Tornado was on the ground....sirens blaring. Hail about to break my damn windows and they are protected!

Baseball size hail....this damn thing acts like it has my address. Electric flickering....I'm writing in the dark.

Pastor Frank...I don't think a tinfoil hat is going to help... Laughing

My grouchy old man character would grab a rifle, head outside, and shoot anything that moves. Just in case.

Nope...tornado. Tornado siren just started again and I can hear emergency vehicle sirens going off too.

I have quite the collection of various birds taking shelter on my patio.

Got a another on coming my way..you can see it on the weather channel. Oklahoma City, Oklahoma USA

No..I live in an upstairs condo. The hail is the biggest threat right now...sirens off. I hope it stays that way. My poor Bradford pear tree is stripped. Sad

Another cell is going to hit about 2216 CST. Hail, strong winds, lightning. Hopefully a that's all.

Our local tornado weathermen/women are the best. If you watched Twister..then you have seen my local weatherman Gary England.

Edit: Just some lightning and thunder now...back to your regular programming. Laughing

OKC got hammered tonight. Tons of hail and wind damage. Tens of thousands without power. Gonna be a mess for a few days. Sad

Looks like you were getting hit a lot harder than we did here. The hail we got was only quarter/half-dollar size. It dented the piss out of my vehicles but really can't see that it did anything more yet.

We were supposedly in the path of one but I don't think it ever quite got there.

If it is correctly calibrated to focus the radiation from HAARP, it will turn hail directly into vapor via sublimation.

I like to follow the various storm chaser sites when the weather gets rough. Going on the logic of "If theres a lot of them signing in to chase live in my area, chances are I should start things off in a safe area".

If the condo's new it should have some kind of safe area in the structure? Is there a building code for that? There should be.

I have several hardhats that I will never use again! My oldest one is actually aluminum. I think it is set to avoid anything like HAARP.

The condo I live in is made of concrete. The roof and outside exteriors are only ornamental.

One of the selling features is that it is 100% tornado risky free. Rolling Eyes

South of you we got hail. I had wheeled my brand new grill out to the uncovered section of my patio to clean up a little after a BBQ Monday. It looks like a golf ball now.

Ugh. You people are spoiled brats. You have no idea how good you had it. That was nothing compared to the weather in San Diego last night. 68 degrees, 10 mph winds, 64% humidity. Pure hell.

This was my day off, so I did not get out until this afternoon.

So much destroyed. Cars with windows busted out, dead birds all around, store glass windows busted.

Fully mature cottonwoods blown over less than two hundred yards from me.

It's hard to describe. Part two seems to be starting up now. Tornado watch and severe thunderstorms are a county away and bearing down.

My neighbor Slightly Jr. was on my patio today though...hope he makes through this round.

^^ Weather in S. Diego must have changed since I last lived there.

And from the Deep, Deep South -- HOT HOT HOT HUMID HUMID HUMID -- when you open an outside door you are blasted in the face with 90+ heat! And in 2 days Hurricane Season is about to start. On the bright side, shrimping season started today!!
