Would anyone recommend this or not? I have a fake email ready to use..

This is just my way over there so you likely want to wait for more experienced to chime in here. I keep my profile names similar, if not the same as the email I am using but I don't put it out there. They are going to PM you to death if your profile is to their liking. Do you really want to fend them off in email also? You will be notified in your email every time you get a PM. I had 58 hits yesterday in one account.

I created an account yesterday and have had about 5 or 6 messages that I think could be scammers (all the tell tale signs were there).

I haven't given the "fake email address" out yet, I really don't know when I'm supposed to? Now or when they ask? One or two have asked which I haven't responded to yet.

I like to feel them out by PM before going to email. Some are so obvious i will go that route immediately if I have room or time, but others like to play little games to get to what they like. I have had some in PM for 30 days or more without getting to mail.

Feel them out and judge them as you will. You will get better as you get used to this.

Is there a particular flavor you are seeking? I probably have one or 12 sitting idle.

I will admit, I am a complete "newbie" to all of this. So can I ask by how do you mean "flavour"?

I have been lurking on this forum for a while & have created a character which is completely different to me IRL (gotta be safe!)

I apologize for that. Flavor is not exactly a baiting term. that is just a personal term I use when talking about different types of things. Flavor, in this context, could be anything from male, female, Russian, African or just about any other sort that are out here.

there are also romancers, NOKs, and a few other types out here. They are all over the place out here but I don't have time for all of them.

If you want some of them let me know what kind suits you and I will show you where they are.

I am mainly looking for just general baiting alongside romance. I don't know if I could handle the romance ones but I would give it a try and see what happens. Very Happy

(How I mean general baiting are the "You've won 5 million dollars, just send me $5000 to claim it" ones).

Look in surplus and pick up a nice next of kin or if you get lucky a 'soldier boy' These are good training grounds for the devious tricks baiters can employ, and you can always get ideas by asking in Hints and Tips
