Not sure about this one. (88billing.net)
It is a credit card payment system for downloadable software.
The prices are just way to low.
e.g. : http://applications-market.com/browse/search/?q=windows%20%257&cpn=sah_sf_1
They state on index page copyright 2010 (88billing.net), but the domains is registered Jan. 2012
applications-market.com is registered April 2012, but has testimonials starting in 2011

I think that both sites come under the category of fake electronics etc and are therefore more suited to Misc Scams |
