^^I love Tarantino and Inglorious Basterds is a good film, Pulp Fiction obviously is good to.
My friend recently got a big 3D TV and I was amazed at the quality. We watched Captain America which was ok but the 3D tv was great and made it better. I need to get one now. |

^For animal welfare and my dignity of transport reasons I'm avoiding even watching anything on high def. or 3D, I figure I'd end up without a car and the cat starving because I'd like it too much.
I know it's not Movie related, but without starting a whole new thread I want to put in a plug for Sons of Anarchy, I've only caught one episode mid-season but realy enjoyed it and got hooked by the clifhanger. |

The Rite, I was taken aback at this one, in it's quiet, understated way it's the only film about exorcism that IMHO. can be taken even slightley seriousley. Partley got it for the Anthony Hopkins factor - he's at a place in his career now where he only needs to say yes to quality scripts, and damn the money presumably. |

Im with Slightly on this one, Prometheus looks amazing.
Today im gonna watch Shutter Island, it better be good.
Might go and see the Avengers tomorrow pending on how lazy i feel. |

Well i can safely say Shutter Island was not enjoyable, crap and very predictable ending. The acting was ok, but the writing/story was dire. |

Ordered that on my lovefilm.com list today, sounds decent.
Another vote for Prometheus, looking forward to that one.
Watched 'Drive' again the other day. Still ace, love the soundtrack especially. |
