East Putney? Hold on, hold on. That's a northern approach, doesn't Rushton's Reverse 1969 rules include Montague's second stationary ruling?

I'm at a loss. This must be some kind of Metric thing. I already hate everything about it.

Obviously would have been a great move in any in international variation, with the north bound diagonal setting up for a shunt on iMike, in a strong position on Hornchurch. Still outside the lower quadrant though.
