I was wondering if the Princess could entice Paul to Lome in Togo, on the grounds that W.U. ask for lots of forms to be filled in when sending money to Ghana, as he has already experienced, because of the scammers, but if the money goes to neighbouring Toga no forms are required.
118 miles is just a little step, but it does cross an international border.....
hmmmmm.
I need to keep him on email though and that might be a bit of a problem.
