I had to attend an training class for my job, starting yesterday. There are 15 other attendees who I have never met. So the instructor
has us do the ol' "Tell us something interesting about yourself". After bragging on my four kids, I start to tell them about Eater.
I had just mentioned 419Eater and three of them started talking at once. Seems Eater had some big fans in the group! I just sat back
with a modest look upon my face, waiting to hear how cool they thought that "Justcold" guy was. "That first published bait of his was AWESOME!"
or "Man, did you see that Corona was his valentine this year?" So you can well imagine my chagrine and confusion when all they were saying was Shiver this and Shiver that.

Shiver, Shiver, Shiver...blah, blah, blah. What has that guy ever done? That's the last time I'll deign to amuse the unwashed again. Ingrates......

I think the more plausible explanation is that your co-workers actually are Shiver and some of his cronies from the early days of the site. Do you work in the fast food sector by chance?

@all...There is one gent in the group who is trilingual. Portugese, Spanish and English.
He is also one of the biggest fans of Eater. I brought Shiver's book with me today and loaned it to him.
I hope to have him join our little cadre....unless he's already a member and just testing me. Shocked
