This is my first time receiving a adoption scam. I have only read about one on Scamwarners. I would love to hit this lad hard, but I need the help of someone or someones who has done this sort of bait before. I was thinking of an older husband/wife with grown children bait, but I am open to any idea. I have not baited with a partner before, so that is another reason for reaching out to you guys/gals. Here are the details.....

There is a thread on Eater. This "mother" has tried to adopt out her babies just a month or so ago.

I posted her previous script, which I kept from when I baited her (I didn't get very far either), on SW under the current one. Comparing the two, it's obvious she's lying.

@Justcold: Getting the lawyer off script is the key. You're going to have to be creative.

Personally-I played it straight as a reverend with Morgain as my wife, and the lawyer was a dickhead.

Maybe play it a bit unorthodox or crazy?

Ask if the child has had all his/her shots --- measles, rabies, distemper, lycanthropy etc.

You never can be too careful.

Ask for a medical certificate affirming that the child is in good health and fully vaccinated.

No, there are not. Go to Scamwarners some time and you can read cases of real victims. Many are older and have sacrificed their retirement money, medical payments, children's college funds, etc., in order to pay the various fees to the scammers. In many cases the scammers are told by the victims exactly what the money is supposed to be used for, and that the victim needs to get it back. Of course the scammers don't even flinch and are always reassuring with promises of eventual pay off, but it never happens. Very sad to read those things, and very motivational from a baiting perspective.

You would probably see no difference as there are no children there to harm. If the lad can see that abuse will take place as a result of his format he may react, or he may not. He may just walk away. Not his problem, after all.
This has been tried once ... The lad hesitated at first then allowed events to take their course.
These are not caring people.

I also asked her if she had any strong, older kids I could have along with the babies, basically to be a slave in my home. There was no problem with that, but all she could offer me was a 3 year old. I complained that a toddler was no use to me.

You could say you want kids to use in child porn and get the same reply.

@Justcold: It's going to be hard to get her and the lawyer off script. They stray a bit, but they will basically stick with it. You may get a picture of some babies they got off the internet, but that's about it. I had no luck getting medical records, birth certificates, or anything like that. And like Goot, I got a phone number, but I didn't waste my time calling.

The "mother" says she can't afford the information I need, and the children are starving and the lawyer can't get medical records or birth certificates until you pay the fee.

They are just going to keep you running around in circles, I hate to say.

One thought comes to mind--possibly introducing a lawyer character of your own into it? Throw out some legal gibberish and maybe that will get the lawyer off script. So far as the mother--she will keep crying poverty and can't send you any info or pics of kids.

Dwatina and I found this to be what I call an "unstable" bait. I am not sure the scammer(s) knows what he/she is doing.

Sometimes the scripts are crap; sometimes the scammers are, and sometimes it's a bit of both. I often wonder how 419 is such a lucrative business with such incompetents touting the scams.
