All my passwords are written in Linear A, so I'm safe.

I watched this video and immediately made changes to all my passwords.

Now I have a telephone/address book for all my baiting passwords and another telephone/address book for my personal/business passwords.

I have the same password - One1337M0th3rF@&#r! - for all of my email addys, site logins, etc. It's alpha-numeric, contains caps and lowercase and has special characters as well. There's no way anyone is going to crack it, I don't care how good their program is! Very Happy

When the (very pretty) girl in the youtube link mentioned recycled pw's i immediately though about the millions of youporn users that got their pw put out in the open for everyones viewing. So i think it is high time the Pastor Frank now change his pw.

Interesting. One of the IT guys where I used to work told me that porn sites are on the cutting edge of net security. Those sites come under the most hacking attacks.

My passwords are all very secure. I had a couple of days off this week, so I had to give one of my co-workers access to my business e-mail so she could fill in for me. Her head nearly exploded when she saw my password. She told me it took her about four or five long-in attempts to get it right (and that was with it written out for her).

@lakeside: teh pr0n was the main driver behind streaming video and other content delivery services. We've got a lot to thank it for. besides all that pr0n.

I think I need to improve my passwords, but more to the point I need to write them down somewhere because I have a hell of a lot of them.

My laptop has fingerprint recognition for logins which is lovely.

I don't use the same password for everything, but I do have a few passwords that I use for several common things. Even for my "weakest" one, for stuff I could really care less about (and that would be unlikely hacking targets, like subscriptions to email lists) it says it would take 3.19 months. I think I'm safe.

1.04 seconds - yikes! No worries though, cos I only use that password for my catcher account Cool
