This is a near classic straight bait. The lad got tormented with the money dangling in front of him, the lad got slapped and the lad still doesn't know for sure that he was baited.

Au pair lads can be tough to bait; they get a lot of real victims, so easily drop non-payers, including baiters. But this is a brilliant bait, showing what can be achieved when a lad really believes in your character/s.
