Wow... $7.72 per gallon.
We are up to $3.49 around where I live. That costs me roughly $42.00 to fill my tank and lasts for one week. If I had to double that, I would end up parking my car. I can't afford what I put in my car now. |

The US govt has enough oil in reserves to supply all of the US with fuel for TEN years, yet they won't release a drop of it to ease the burdens of their own citizens. It's just plain greed all around and it's the low income and barely surviving that gets hit the most. |

Actually the strategic reserve has 34 days supply.
If you are talking proven but undrilled reserves that is a different story but wild take years to bring to market. |

funny thing, people from northern italy (southern tyrol, alto adige) come to us, as italy raised the taes. now they pay up to 1,80€ per litre super 95, meaning 8,4$ per gallon.
