I made my run yesterday! My dispenser, an old Pepsi vendor, was getting low. Fifty cents a beer is pretty cheap and it restocks my beer. |

75 degrees F today. Had to open windows. Cooled down to 67 degrees F when the sun went down. Coastal, but not east nor west. |

Folks are getting pounded just north of me, and the lake effect will be drifting south a few hours from now.
Six to 12 inches overnight, and another 6 to 9 tomorrow. |

^^Yeah, lake effect is definitely not fun! To make it worse, the bands will settle in such narrow way. Last year, my neighborhood was getting pounded with snow, yet my sister (who lives less than a mile away) had only a flurry or two. |

Hi Dwatina,
I had to google what Lake Effect Snow (LES) is. Now I understand that the issue is only heavy localised falls, in strips.
Is that what the concern is, or are there other problems with LES?
We are heading for a comfortable 28C (82F) its currently 25 (77F) humidity 67%.
This is cooler than average but I'm not complaining.
