Believe it or not, but us squirrels like to keep fit too.
A little tip: If you're going to work out, get your diet sorted first. Unless you're eating properly, all the fitness regimens in the world won't help. Getting into shape is 70% healthy eating and 30% hitting the weights and working at cardio. Get the first bit sorted and the second is suprisingly easy.
Then go have a read of a good fitness forum (there are plenty out there) and sort yourself out with a good routine.

I'm still on my resolution from several years ago that was simply "do not make another resolution" this has been quite a load off my thought processes now for years 
However I do plan to bring more lad pain and hopefully not get fired for another year. Oh and finally get round to recording an ep/album with my brother about tea and coffee natures greatest inventions |

Sounds going through the big "D" and don't mean Dallas to me Jim. I hope not though. I just went through my second one last year this time. In my case I divorced her but she hasn't gone away. I still end up helping her with all the crap that goes wrong in her world. Her family won't pick up the slack.

Persistence is also important. You won't see dramatic results right away.
I have belonged to the same gym for over six years. Every year in the second week of January we see a group we call The Resolutions show up. Over the next eight weeks, until about mid-March, they are fanatical in their workouts as they dominate the available cardio equipment and freeweights, making us regulars adjust our workout times to avoid the peak busy hours.
